Dr. Larry Woods grew this seed variety since the 1950s in Georgia. Fruits are 20-35 pound oblong fruits with dark and light green stripes. These have extra firm density with deep yellow flesh and black seeds. The Mountain Sweet Yellow watermelon is very productive and has a very high sugar content.
