So if you want a medium hot, all Heirloom, Non-GMO garden seed pepper, this is a great choice. The Hungarian Yellow Wax Hot pepper is a low to medium heat pepper with tons of flavor. These will grow about 2 to 3 feet high and bushy in the right conditions. As with all peppers, these are not frost tolerant and will require fertile ground. A good organic fertilizer will do great as a container plant or in a raised bed.
