Hot, deep red, 3" fruits grow pointing upwards in a bouquet form that resembles a poinsettia flower. This pepper is an edible ornamental variety. The long thin 3" fruits which resemble an eagles claw, grow upright in clusters on a compact plant forming a dramatic display. They mature from light green to a range of reds (85 days). The peppers have a very intriguing hot flavor, eaten fresh or dried for hot pepper powder and flakes.
