Sweet Pimento Pepper - Heirloom 10 seeds

The pimento is a heart-shaped sweet pepper with fleshy walls. Also known as cherry peppers, pimentos are most well-known as the stuffing in Manzanilla olives. Pimentos are great for pickling. They can also be stuffed or used to make pimento loaf or pimento cheese. Pimentos typically measure about 3-4” long and 3 inches wide. They mature to a rich red color in about 65-80 days.
